Led by NMA’s experienced personal trainers and coaches Irvine Taylor, Olly Dyson, Fergus Taylor and Chad Sugden, the WOMEN’S POUND 4 POUND CHALLENGE will give you all the tools you need to shed POUNDS of body fat and put POUNDS back into your purse!
Three sessions a week over eight weeks – a free nutritional plan – detailed measurements documenting the changes in your fitness and appearance – before and after photos – all for just £240!
As you progress through the course, you’ll earn points based on
- Decrease in body fat
- Improvements in body measurements
- Improvements in fitness
- Correct technique in lifts
- Appearance transformation
- Nutritional tracking
- Attendance at the sessions and other NMA classes such as bootcamps
