You train for it with the best, of course – which is precisely what members of the Communication Avenue team are doing as they prepare to tackle the Midlands Tough Mudder Half at Belvoir Castle on Saturday 14 May.
They’re making use of the facilities and expertise available at Suggy’s Gym to get in shape for the 8km obstacle course, which organisers promise will provide ‘more dark woodlands, large water bodies and loads more mud than ever before…’
“Phil Lightfoot, the MD of Communication Avenue, has been training with us since 2014 and the company has recently signed a new sponsorship deal enabling Chad to concentrate on his professional boxing career,” says Dean. “The funding will also allow him to continue his work with local school children and young people with behavioural problems and learning difficulties.
“Phil and his team are very passionate and ambitious, qualities that are both echoed here at Suggy’s Gym.We’re very excited about working with them and getting them all in shape mentally and physically so they’re ready to take on anything during the Tough Mudder.”
