Just over four months in and our new TOUGH GUY TOUGH GIRL workouts are going from strength to strength…
No ordinary bootcamp this – fast and furious, each session is designed to help you get the most out of training, to achieve the best results with intense, full-throttle workouts every time you hit the gym.
The clue’s in the name, of course – if you want to be a tough guy or a tough girl, to get fitter, stronger and leaner, this is the class for you. And with separate groups in each session, whether you’re at beginner, intermediate or advanced level, whatever your starting point is we’ve got it covered!
From 6pm to 7pm on Tuesdays, 6.30pm to 7.30pm on Thursdays and 9am to 10am on Saturdays, you’ll be following a functional fitness programme devised and delivered by the best coaches in town, in a gym with a reputation for getting results that’s second to none.
The kind of results we’re seeing from clients who’ve already started their TOUGH GUY TOUGH GIRL journey, some of whom will be putting themselves to the test on Saturday 20 May when they join forces as Team Suggy’s to enter the 2017 Midlands Tough Mudder. They’ll be tackling over 20 challenging obstacles among the hills, woodlands and water surrounding Belvoir Castle, raising money for good causes as they battle it on a course that boasts copious quantities of the obligatory mud!
