With over six years’ experience in the fitness industry delivering group exercise classes, gym instruction and personal training sessions, Irvine is Head of Personal Training and a qualified ABAE Level 1 Boxing Coach.
He is also qualified in at Level 3 in Olympic Lifting, Advanced Kettlebell Training, Mobility and Bulgarian Bag Techniques, has NVQ Levels 2 and 3 in Fitness Instructing and Sports Management and is a qualified First Aider.
Passionate about motivating his clients to give everything and to help them achieve the best results possible, he is a strong believer in functional fitness, not merely in the appearance of fitness. Actual capacity strengthens confidence, a facade is merely physical.
While embracing traditional ideas and training methods, he continues to learn and implement new ones and has proven success stories through his personal training sessions and the Pound for Pound Challenge programme.
