Phil’s results after Personal Training at NMA
Phil started personal training with Irvine Taylor in October 2014. He had restricted movement in his right shoulder, having damaged his cruciate ligament multiple times.
Through hard work and dedication in his sessions, Phil transformed his body shape and fitness and has now recovered from his injuries.
